Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection
The mission of the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is to protect and enhance the quality of life in our Community through conservation, preservation, and restoration of our environment, guided by the principles of science, resource management, sustainability, and stewardship; and to provide solid waste management services, including recycling, in an environmentally progressive and economically sound manner.
Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce
The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is a member-based organization that strengthens the local business economy through effective advocacy, leadership and networking programs. In its continued commitment to promote best business practices and opportunities in the new, green economy, the Chamber is proud to have worked in partnership with the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection to launch the Green Business Certification Program.
Montgomery College
Montgomery College serves nearly 60,000 students a year as they pursue a wide variety of educational goals. Montgomery College offers unique honors programs, seamless transfer options to 4-year institutions, customized business and technology training programs, scholarships and financial aid, and noncredit courses.
