This can be a gray area and you are encouraged to discuss with the Green Business Certification Program staff. Generally, however, if the policies and actions at the headquarters level are being implemented at the specific branch then, by all means, the branch would get credit for it. However, if the measure is unique to headquarters and the branch remains unaffected, then the branch would not likely get credit for the measure.
